Vivian Szczepankowski
Vivian earned her B.A. in interior design at Brigham Young University in 1983, then moved back to the Sacramento area, where she had grown up. She went on to illustrate most of the homes built in the area for the next 20 years. During this time, architects and building designers started coming to her with their design challenges and she would always find a way to help solve them. She became known to some as “The House Whisperer.”
In 2003, she began designing remodels and custom homes for clients, with full design and drafting services. Her work has been featured throughout the greater Sacramento metropolitan region, including the communities of Winchester, Los Lagos, Shelborne, Dark Horse, Serano, Lake Forest, Wexford, and Catta Verdera, as well as Lake Tahoe, Carson City, and the San Francisco Bay area. Utilizing online meetings and other technologies, Vivian has been able to share her talents and expertise with clients throughout the United States.
Kevin Szczepankowski
Kevin earned his B.S. in Design Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University in 1993. His work in CAD and design engineering technology gave him a natural segway into coordinating the design and drafting process for Vivian’s clients. He coordinates and works with all the services needed to provide complete working drawings for HOA approvals, planning reviews, building permits, and building construction.
